FARMER’S DEATH

KNOCKED DOWN BY RUNAWAY CAR Press Association. WOODVILLE, To-day. William Burnett, aged 68, a farmer, and a well-known resident of Kumeroa for 37 years, died early this morning as the result of shock following: an accident last evening in which a runaway car knocked him down. An inquest will be necessary. He leaves a widow but no family.
