FIJIAN FILM
| “THE ADORABLE OUTI CAST” IN SOUTH SEAS SETTING. ! A BEATRICE GRIMSHAW TALE No pains have been spared in securing the necessary tropical and South ! Seas setting for "The Adorable Outcast,” a new film of life in the sunny I South Pacific Isles. The picture was made almost entirely in Fiji, and the scenes are mounted in Nature's best and most prolific style, providing a wonderful wealth of tropical splendour. The cast for “The Adorable Outcast” includes Edith Roberts, Edmond Burns, and Walter Long, who are all from American studios, while practically the whole of the Australian cast of “For the Term of His Natural Life” was sent from Sydney to Fiji. Taken from the story, "Conn of the Coral Seas,” by Beatrice Grimshaw, this picture should be particularly interesting, for Miss Grimshaw puts plenty of “punch” into her tales, and is able to ‘create the correct atmosphere. Copies of “The Adorable Outcast" are now in New Zealand.
