FAREWELL PRESENTATION

SCHOOLMASTER TRANSFERRED Farewell presentations have been made by the staff, pupils and past pupils of the Pukekohe school to Mr. D. A. B. Allison, who, after eight years’ service there, has been transferred to Newmarket. The headmaster, Mr. E. F. Snell, presented him with a flower bowl on behalf of the staff, and thanked him for the work lie had done for the welfare of the school. Mr. Allison’s pupils gave him a leather hand-bag, and from past pupils he recevied a gold-mounted fountain pen.
