CONGRESS HALL COMPLETED

SALVATION ARMY CEREMONY At the Peoples’ Palace last evening Commissioner James Hay, of the Salvation Army, met the contractors, trhdesmen and others who have been employed in building the new Congress Hall in Grey’s Avenue. The meeting served to mark the completion of the new building, which will be opened by his Excellency the Governor-Gen-* eral on Saturday. The commissioner expressed his appreciation of the way in which the work has been carried out. During the evening musical and elocutionary items were given.
