MISSING SOLICITOR TO BE DECLARED BANKRUPT
ACTION BY CREDITORS (Special to THE SUN) CHRISTCHURCH. To-day. About 50 creditors of the Christchurch solicitor who has been missing since August 7, and for whose arrest a warrant was recently issued for alleged misappropriation of trust moneys met yesterday. The amount of the trust moneys unaccounted for is about £IO,OOO. It was decided to take proc- %dings to have the missing man declared a bankrupt, and Mr. C. S. Thomas was appointed to act on behalf of the creditors in preparing the petition.
