NEW SOCCER BODY’S MOVE In discussing the suggested amalgamation with the Auckland Football Association, the City and Suburban Football Association last evening remained strictly in committee. No indication has been given of opinions regarding linking up with the original Soccer control in Auckland, but a statement will probably be given out this week. The city and suburban body was formed, separately from the Auckland Association about two months ago, as an outcome the Thistle Club dis pute. The new body sought affiliation with the Scottish Association, and conducted separate contests.
