FINE FLIGHT RECORD LOS ANGELES TO NEW YORK (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. NEW YORK, Monday. Art Goebel, winner of the Doe! Prize flight to Hawaii last August, landed at 11.26 this morning after a non-stop flight from Dos Angeles, covering the distance in 18 hours 58 minutes, and bettering the former record for an east to west flight across America by more than six hours.
