Will Validated. —A recommendation that the Government should give favourable consideration to the petition of Roger D. Dansey, of Rotorua, for the validation of his late wife’s will, was made by the Native Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives. The will had been held to be invalid owing to a technical breach of the law relating to native wills.
