Engineers, Firemen, Deckhands of ferry boats; Taxi-car and Cab drivers and Private Hire Car (including service and/or touring car) Omnibus, Cab, Coach and Passenger Vehicle drivers while on duty (excluding any driver intoxicated at the time of the accident) shall be deemed fare-paying passengers and any person whose fare has been paid or is paid by another person shall also be deemed a fare-paying passenger; and the expression "fare” includes any cash remuneration or hire money.)
