EUCHARISTIC DELEGATES’ BUSY DAY PARTY LEAVES FOR ROTORUA The members of the Eucharistic Congress delegation, who were in Auckland yesterday, wese the guests of the local clergy, and spent the day sightseeing and visiting the various Roman Catholic institutions. In the morning they visited the rural colleg eat Northcote, and the orphanage at Takapuna. In the afternoon they visited St. Mary’s Convent, Ponsonby, and were there entertained by a short concert given by the children. Later in the afternoon, Bishop Heylen, president of the Congress, and Prince De Croy, and Count D’Yanville, members of the Permanent Committee, left by the Niagara for Sydney. The remainder of the delegation left Auckland this morning for Rotorua. On Friday a band of Auckland pilgrims accompanied by Father Cyril Martindale will leave for Australia.
