GINGER COCOA rHIS is a 'variation of the ordinary cup of cocoa. Mix together one teaspoon cocoa and about half teaspoon ground ginger , add a little cream or milk and sugar to taste and mix into a paste. Pour boiling water on this , stirring quickly till the cup is half-full , when hot mill ft should be added and stirred in. This makes a delicious drink for a cold night or after returning from a drive in wintry weather. Less ginger may be used if only a slight favour is desired.
