LAST LONELIEST. . . —Yesterday we published a photograph of cars in Albert Street being “tagged" by traffi c inspectors, a “No Parking” order having gone forth. One car-owner, blissfully ignorant of the rule, left his machine in solitary glory yesterday afternoon. On the right stands a traffic constable, also in solitary glory, waiting for the return of the owner. Observe the “No Parking” look in his left eye.
