JACOMBS.—On August 9, 1928, at his son’s residence, Mount Eden, John Edward Jacombs, formerly of Christchurch; aged 94 years. JAMES.—On August 9, at a private hospital, Rathleen Elizabeth, beloved wife of John Frederick James, of Ngarua, Waitoa; aged 32 years. McRELVEY.—On August 10, at medical superintendent’s residence, Auckland Infirmary, Epsom, Muriel Grace, the beloved wife of Alexander Neil McEelvey; aged 49 years. URQUHART.—At Auckland Hospital, on August 10, Marjorie, dearly-beloved youngest daughter of Dorothy and Robert Urquhart, and grand-daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Urquhart and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stubbs, of Devonport; aged 2 years. Deeply mourned. Interred this day at O’Neill’s Point Cemetery.
