STAR OF “THE LOVE SONG”
Lupe Velez, who started out as the : tempestuous leading lady for Douglas Fairbanks in “The Gaucho,” is to be given her first starring part in “The Love Song,” a picture musically inspired by Irving Berlin, whatever that j means. “The Love Song” was originally called “La Paiva,” and concerns the i mistress of Louis Napoleon. William Boyd plays opposite Miss Velez, and Berlin’s music and song will be synchronised with the picture for United Artists, _ U
