Roskill Gets £IBI,OOO In Grants in Nine Years

During the nine years in which Mr. V. 11. Potter has represented the Roskill Electorate in Parliament, the district has absorbed £IBI,OOO in educational grants. Mr. Potter explained this to an audience at Mount Eden last evening, and added: “There is not a school site in the electorate ice have yet to do, and there is nothing l have to ask, except the renovation of the old Mount Eden School. I could not expect much more, but thank goodness 1 have come to the end of the tether , and do not leant it.

“But goodness knows what my Parliamentary colleagues will say when they know I have told you this !”
