NEW COMMISSIONER TAKES OFFICE To welcome Mr. W. J. Holdsworth on his taking office as district commissioner of Boy Scouts, over 200 scoutcrs, cubbers, troop committee representatives and people interested in the Boy Scon* movement attended a meeting in the Sunday Scboo Union lecture room hist evening.
