COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar, which left Auckland yesterday afternoon for East Coast bays. Gisborne and Napier, returns here about to-morrow week. The Balls Head was to leave Greymouth at 3 o’clock this morning for Auckland direct, where she is due on Sunday The Katoa, from Bluff and Dunedin, arrived at Timaru this morning and leaves at 8 o’clock this evening via Lyttelton and Wellington for Auckland, where she is due early next week. The Waipiata sailed from Auckland early this morning for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Wingatui is to load at Dunedin next Monday, thence Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton. Wellington, and possibly Picton for AucKland. The Kaponga left Auckland shortly after 5 p.m. yesterday for Westport, where she loads on Monday for Napier. The Kaimanawa is expected to arrive at Auckland at 7 o’clock to-morrow morning from Westport, and will berth at the Prince’s Wharf. The Waimea arrived at Gisborne this morning and sails this afternoon for Napier and Auckland. She is due here on Sunday and leaves next Tuesday afternoon at 4 o’clock on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Kaitoke was to leave Portland this morning for Wellington and Lyttelton. The Huntingdon arrived at Lyttelton this morning from Wellington, and sails on Saturday for Port Chalmers to complete her discharge of Liverpool cargo. The Golden Forest sails from Wellington to-day for Nelson, Timaru and Dunedin to land the balance of her Pacific cargo.

The Kinross, which arrived at New I lymouth this morning from Wellington leaves on Saturday for Australian ports to rr £ msh her discharge of Texas oil. The Mahana is due at Wellington tomorrow from Auckland and later goes to Lyttelton to complete discharge The Pakeha sails from Wellington today for Lyttelton and Dunedin to land the remainder of her Liverpool cargo. The Willesden is due at Lyttelton today from Dunedin and later comes on to Auckland to unload the balance of her phosphates.

The Taniwlia sails at 4 o’clock this afternoon for Paeroa, and is due back at halt-past nine to-morrow evening The Claymore was to be dispatched at three o clock this afternoon lor Whangarei. She is due back at Auckland at halfpast three on Saturday morning. The Ngapuhi sails at 6.30 p.m. to-day for Tauranga. She is scheduled to arrive back again at 7.30 a.m. on Saturday. The Omana was dispatched early this afternoon for Kawau. Mullet Point and Matakana. She is due back again at six o’clock to-morrow morning. The Rang-itoto is due at Auckland at three o’clock this afternoon from Thames. She sails at eight o’clock to-morrow morning for the same port. The Daphne is due at- Auckland at halfpast four this evening from Kopu and Turua. She sails again at 7.20 a.m. tomorrow for Coromandel. The Apanui is due at Auckland at six o clock this evening from the Great Barrier. She sails again at midnight on Sunday for Mercury Bay, Tirua and Whangamata.

The Kawau is dLie at Auckland at halfpast seven this evening from Kawau. Takatu. Ti Point and Little and Big Omaha. She leaves again at 7 a.m. tomorrow for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Wark worth.

The Richardson steamer Mako arrived at Auckland early this morning from the East Coast, via Portland. She was scheduled to sail again at two o’clock this afternoon for East Coast bays. Napier and Wairoa.

The Westport Coal Company’s collier Canopus, which left Westport yesterday morning for Auckland, is due here tomorrow evening, and has been allotted a berth at Central Wharf.
