TEST “FLARE-UP”
Sir. — I was rather amused at Mr. Bull’s reply to the English League captain at the dinner on Saturday. What I would have liked to have seen was Mr. Bull “squealing”—at the proper time—on the field. Two penalties were due to the Englishmen, but Mr. Bull didn’t squeal SOCCER PLATER.
