DAIRY PRODUCE INCREASE
GRADING FIGURES FOR YEAR Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. Dairy Division grading figures for the 12 months ending in July show an increase for butter of 4.0 per cent, at 74,623 tons, and for cheese a decrease of .73 per cent, at 75,753 tons, as compared with the corresponding period of the preceding season. Reduced to terms of butter-fat the equivalent gradings of dairy produce for 12 months show an increase of 2.49 per cent, over gradings for the corresponding period of last season. The Taranaki Oilfields Co., Ltd., reGisborne No. 1 well: Extra strong section of six and a-quarter inches diameter casing made and sent to well; now starting to run this casing - . Gisborne No. 2 well: Drilled to 1,355 feet, in same formation, 10-incb diameter casing to 1,321 feet.
