Leaving for Suva

Farewell Dance For Footballers STUDENTS MAKE MERRY The University football team, which will shortly leave for Suva, was wished every success by Mr. Rocke O’Shea at the very enjoyable farewell dance held at the "Varsity on Saturday evening by the football and basketball clubs. The hall was packed with dancers, about 250 couples being - present. Delightful music was provided by Miss Jean Macindoe and her orchestra. Balloons were released during the evening from a huge football, woven in the University colours and suspended over the dance floor. Miss O'Connor and Mr. Scott gave a graceful exhibition of the Yofc Blues. Among those present were:
