A DIVORCE PROBLEM.—“I would give any woman a divorce whose husband is an habiti* 1 .! drunkard,” said Mr. T. M. Wilford (Hutt), in the House of Representatives yesterday. ’’There is the right to obtain a divorce if a husband has been four years an habitual drunkard and fails to support his wife. A wife has therefore to put up with him as long as he gives her enough to eat. Is that a fair thing?”
