THE RICCARTON TREBLE
THE next big carnival to look forward to is the Grand National Meeting at Riccarton on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, August, 14, 16 and 18. On the first day the two big events to be decided are the Grand National Steeplechase and Winter Cup, and on the second day the Grand National Hurdles is to he run. The first acceptors in the treble events are as follow (the final payment is due on Thursday, August 9) :
