RAIN AND SNOW
FALLS AT WAIMARINO (From Our Own Correspondent) RAETIHI, To-day. Heavy rain fell throughout the Wainiarino district yesterday, the first for a considerable time. Early this morn? ing it snowed heavily, about 3 inches depth being- at Ohakune. At Raetihi it snowed very lightly. At Karioi, Rangataua, Waiouru, Iloropito and Pokako heavy falls were experienced, varying from three to six inches.
