Miss Haws torn, of Timaru, is a j visitor to Auckland. Miss M. Dobson, of Wellington, is j staging at the Star Motel. Miss G. Fitzgerald, of Stratford, is a guest at the Royal Motel. Miss M. Craig, of Palmerston North, is at present in Auckland. Commander F. C. Bradley, formerly of H.M.S. Philomel, and Mrs. Bradley are leaving for England very shortly. * * * Miss D. Bohan of Wellington, arrived in Auckland this morning and is the guest of Miss M. Fouhy, Gillies Avenue. Mr. and Mrs. Doughty, of Wellington, who have been staying at the Grand Hotel, left for Wellington last evening. Lady Fenwick and Miss Fenwick, who have been staying with Canon and Mrs. Percival James, returned to the South last evening. Mr. and Mrs. Rowe, of Melbourne, Mr. and Mrs. G. Davidson, of Los Angeles, and Miss B. McPhadden, of Sydney, are at the Grand. ♦ * * Staying at the Motel Cargen are Mrs. Christie and Miss M. Marshall, of Wanganui, and Mrs. J. A. Pottinger and Mrs. D. Pottinger, of Invercargill.
