TIMARU SUPREME COURT Press Association. TIMARU, Thursday. In the Supreme Court to-day Joseph William Shields was charged with assaulting Francis Powell and causing bodily injury. He was fined £2O, in default imprisonment for three months. On the charge of theft of a motorcar valued at £IOO. Frank 11. Fowler was sentenced to three years’ reformative treatment. The court hearing occupied three days.
