THREE YEARS AT BORSTAL ASSAULT CHARGE PROVED Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day-. Ronald Vincent Delaney, aged 19, was to-day sentenced to three years in the Borstal Institute by Mr. Justice Sim on a charge of indecent assault. James Douglas Adams, an ex-bank manager, was sentenced to three years’ reformative detention for a breach of the Bankruptcy Act. He pleaded guilty. He had brought about his bankruptcy by* gambling, drunkenness and unjustifiable extravagant living.
