PRINCIPLES ACCEPTED (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) Times Cable. LONDON, Wednesday. The Governments of Britain and the Dominions have decided to accept the principles laid down in the report of the Imperial Cables-Wireless Conference. This means that it will be necessary to introduce legislation next session, otherwise it will be impossible for the Pacific Cable Board, which is a statutory body, to hand over its cables to the proposed Communications Company.
