With Belle Bennett in the title role and a cast of supporting players of stellar rank, Fox Films has achieved one of the outstanding productions of this season. “Confetti,” the second feature, is a British production, telling of love in the carnival time at Nice. Annette Benson and Jack Buchanan are the stars.
