DEFICIT IN FUNDS
ST. DAVID’S CHURCH For the first time in many years there has be* n a deficit in the year s working in the St. David's Presbyterian Church funds. This was reported at the annual congregational meeting last evening. A sum of £795 had gone to missionand assembly funds. This was £134 greater than last year's amount and £ 200 above the presbytery’s assessment. Dr. A. L-slie Sutherland, of the Punjab, India, has been appointed as the missionary to be supported as the congregation’s special representative in foreign activities. Board of managers members elected were:—Messrs. J. M. Elliffe, W. Pirrotr. J. T. F. Mitchell, G. F. Inglis. R. Currie, A. Cameron, K. Ramsay, J. N. Hyland. J. McNeil, J. Stone, jun.. W. Dabfcv* J.
