FOURSOME GOLF
ONE TREE HILL MATCHES THIS MORNING’S RESULTS A Canadian foursome was played at One Tree Hill this morning in connection with the Maungakiekie Ladies’ Golf Club championship meeting. The final of the championship, the last event, is being played this afternoon between Mrs. Hosking and Miss K. Horton. The foursome results this morning were: Mrs. Beattie and Miss R. McCabe, 90—16, 74. Mrs. Dufaur and Mrs. Endean, 88 — 12, 76. Miss Choyce and Miss Hall, 108—32, 76. Mrs. Cornaga and Miss Goldwater, 96—17, 79 PLAY AT SYDNEY NEW ZEALANDER FOURTH (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright.) dßeed. 1 p.m. SYDNEY, To-day. The women’s Australian foursomes championship stroke play. IS holes, at the Rose Bay links, resulted in Mrs. Gatehouse and Miss Hay (Victoria) tieing with Miss Wray and Miss Green (New South Wales) for first. There were 240 competitors, including New Zealanders. The winners’ scores were each S 7. Miss Payton, New Zealand, was fourth with 90, and Miss Kay, New Zealand champion, sixth, with 98.
