COASTAL MOVEMENTS — The Waimea, which left Auckland last evening for Gisborne and Napier, leturns here on Sunday next. The Balls Head is expected to arrive at Auckland at 7.30 o'clock this even mg from Greymouth and berths at the kings Wharf to discharge her coal, after which she returns to Greymouth to load again for Auckland. The Kaponga leaves Dunedm noon tomorrow for Lyttelton, where she completes loading for Auckland. She is due here, early next week. The Waipiata. en route from Dunedin and Oamaru, was to leave Timaru at 10 p.m. yesterday via Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland, where she is due next. Monday. The Wingatui, which is at present loading at Auckland, leaves here to-morrow evening for Tauranga, Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Katoa is expected to load at Bluff about Saturday, thence Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland. The Kurpw is at present at Auckland undergoing her annual overhaul and survey. The Gunbar is expected to arrive here about Saturday and sails next Mpnday on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Rangitoto, sailing at three o’clock this afternoon for Thames, returns again at half-past eleven \>-morrow morning. The Daphne sails at half-past ten this evening for 'Kopu and Turua. She is expected to arrive back again at three o’clock to-morrow afternoon.
The Omana, which sailed this morning for Waiheke, returns again at 6.15 p.m. this evening. She is scheduled to sail at 11 o’clock to-inorrow morning for Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana. The Kawau sailed this morning for Kawau, Takatu, Ti Point and Little and Big Omalia. She is due back again at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow. The Hauiti arrived at Auckland early this afternoon from Kei’epeehi. She sails for the same port at noon to-morrow. The Taniwha is due at Auckland at three o’clock to-morrow morning from Paeroa. She sails again at 11.30 p.m. the same day on the return trip. The Waiotahi arrives a,t half-past three to-morow morning from "Whangarei. She sails again at 7.30 p.m. to-morrow on the return trip. The Torea is to be dispatched from Auckland at noon to-morrow for Mangapai, Parua Bay, One Tree Point and Waipu. The Mako arrived at Auckland this morning from the coast and berthed at Central Wharf to load. She is to be dispatched this evening for East Coast bays. Napier and Wairoa. The Elsie Mary is to be dispatched from Auckland this evening for Gisborne. The Borgestad should leave Lyttelton to-day for Wellington, where she will complete her discharge of Australian hardwoods. ? The Borderer leaves Lyttelton to-day for Dunedin to complete her discharge of New York cargo, thence she proceeds to Westport for bunkers, thence Australia for Homeward loading. The Golden Forest sails from Auckland on Friday for Wellington, thence Nelson, Timaru and Dunedin, to land the balance of .her Pacific Coast cargo. The Huntingdon sails from Wellington on Friday for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers to put out the remainder of her Liverpool cargo. The Kinross was unable to finish her discharge at Auckland yesterday, a/id now sails to-day for Wellington, New Plymouth and Australian ports. The Port Bowen arrived at Wellington this morning from Napier and sails on Friday for Lyttelton and Dunedin, to complete her discharge of New York cargo.
