Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Council, held on Monday, Julv 30. the following Resolution was passed:— The Mount Eden Borough Council by Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order hereby resolves to borrow the sum of £2.000 for the relief of unemployment under the provisions of the Local Authorities Empowering (Relief of Unemployment) Act of 1926 and Amendments. The rate of interest proposed for the above loan not to exceed per cent, pei' annum with a sinking fund of not less than 1 per - cent, per annum. The duration of the loan to be 361 years. The above Resolution will be submitted to the Council for Confirmation as a Special Order at a Meeting to be held on MONDAY, August 13, 1928, at 7.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Valley Road, Mount Eden. Any objections to the above loan proposal must be submitted in writing to the Borough Council not later than SATURDAY, August 11, 1928. Dated at Mount Eden this 31st day of July, 1928.
