REFRESHMENT ROOMS FOR TAURANGA

START MADE TO-DAY To-day a start was made with the erection of refreshment rooms at the Tauranga Railway Station. In accordance wit A the modern policy of the Railway Department the building will be an attractive one. roofed with Marseilles tiles and containing everything which will make for the comfort and convenience of travellers. The main room will measure 57ft by l<ft. In addition to tlie counter at which refreshments will be served there will be several small tables for those who wish to sit down. A modern kitchen, 19ft 6in by 19ft will provide all the necessary accommodation for the staff in which to prepare the food.
