LATE CAPT. H. G. ARCHER

FUNERAL AT ST. MARK’S The funeral of the late Captain H. Goodwyn Archer, R.N. president of the King’s Empire Veterans’ Association, took place at St. Mark's Cemetery, Remuera, yesterday afternoon, when members of- the association paraded in the churchyard. The Rev. G. C. Cruickshank conducted the funeral service. Captain H. J. Redmond represented the Defence Department. A large number of wreaths were sent, including one from the Auckland Returned Soldiers’ Association.
