MASONIC DANCE

“LADIES’ * NIGHT' A Masonic social and dance took place at the Y.M.C.A. Hall in Whangarei on Thursday evening. It was ladies’ night, the Masonic brethren inviting the fair sex in appreciation of their help in the decoration and catering for a recent Masonic installation banquet. Eighty couples took th© floor after the reception, and a large number of old-time dances were revived with keen zest and enjoyment. Captain A. Bongard, M.C., was master of ceremonies, and th© hall was very effectively decorated.
