Sir George Wilkins and Dieutenant Carl Eielson expect to start the preparations for their South Polar flight in about a month. Sir George has left here for the West Coast. Lieutenant Eielson will proceed to Minneapolis. Both expressed a belief that Captain Amundsen, who set out to rescue the Italia survivors, is dead.
