A Belgo-Australian tournament was commenced at Le Zoute, Belgium. In the singles Miss Akhurst defeated Madame Guyot, 6 —l, 6 —2; Miss Boyd defeated Mdlle. Josane Sigart, 6 —4, 6 —4; Miss Bickerton defeated Madame Ittner, 6 —2, 6 —2; Mrs. O’Hara Wood defeated Madame Dupont, 6—3, B—6. In the doubles Mrs. O’Hara Wood and Miss Bickerton defeated Mdlles. Yvonne and Josane Sigart, 7 —9, 6—3, 6 — l.
