BRITISH ENVOY TO FRANCE British Official Wireless. RUGBY, Monday. | The King has appointed Mr. Neville j M. Henderson to be British Envoy Ex- ; traordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary t > France. He will be second in command to the new Ambassador, Sir William Tyrrell. Since November, 1924. Mr. Henderson has been Minister Plenipotentiary in Egypt. Mr. Neville Meyrick Henderson has been Minister at Cairo since 1924. He was at Eton and entered the Diplomatic Service in 1905. He was at St. Peterstom< in 191*3 was appointed First Secretary at Paris. He was High Commissioner at Constantinople before going to Egypt.
