WICKER-WORKERS’ AWARD
CONCILIATION PROCEEDINGS WELLINGTON. To-day. The question of competition between the New Zealand Missionary School and Wicker Workers was brought up in the Conciliation Council to-day when the principal of the school gave an assurance that the previsions of the award would be strictly observed by the school as hitherto. He was willing to meet representatives of the manufacturers and come to some arrangement regarding marketing jand similar common questions. A conference is being arranged and it appears probable that a complete agreement will be effected.
