CONFISCATION TO END RISE IN WHEAT PRICE (United P.A. —By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (United Service) MOSCOW, Saturday. A resolution published by the Council ot the People’s Commissars on the subject of grain storage prohibits the application of extraordinary measures, and particularly orders the immediate suspension of all forms of compulsory confiscation of grain and any limitation on trade between villages. The resolution provides for an increase in the price of wheat extending to 20 kopecks (about sd) a pood, according to region. It also sanctions increases in the price of oats and other cereals. The resolution instructs the Commissars to secure a timely supply of industrial goods for the peasants and energetically to fight the private distillation of spirits.
