COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar arrived at Auckland last evening from the East Coast and berthed at the King's \Vharf. It is hoped to dispatch the vessel at 10 o'clock this evening on lier return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Xapier. The Katoa is expected to leave Auckland on Wednesday for Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin. Oamaru and Timaru. The Kairaanawa is sailing from Auckland to-morrow evening for Westport, where she is to load for Wellington. The Kanna is expected to clear Greymouth this afternoon for Auckland direct, where she is due about Thursday next. The Kaitoke is at present loading at Westport for New Plymouth and Auckland, and should arrive here during the week-end. The Balls Head has been fixed to load at Greymouth next Friday for Auckland, and is expected here early next week. The Kartigi, which left here on Saturday for Westport, loads at the coal port to-morrow for Auckland, and should return her.- inward the end of this week. The Waipiata sailed from Auckland on Saturday afternoon for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru. The Kurow, from Bluff and Port Craig, was to leave Dunedin last Saturday afternoon via Lyttelton and Wellington lor Auckland, and is now expected here about Saturday next. The Waimea, which arrived here yesterday from Xapier, berthed at the Prince's Wharf, and is to sail at 4 o’clock to-mor-row afternoon on her return trip to Gisborne and Xapier. The Wingatui, from Dunedin and Oamaru. leaves Timaru to-day via Lyttelton and Wellington for Auckland, and is due here about Saturday next. The New Zealand Shipping Company hopes to dispatch the Borderer this afternoon for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to land the balance of her Xew York cargo. The Pipiriki sailed from Dunedin on Saturday for Port Kembla to commence her loading for Home. The Richardson steamer Awahou, which arrived at Auckland yesterday from the East Coast, berthed at King's Wharf. She loads to-day and sails at 5 o'clock to-morrow evening for Tokomaru Bay, Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Richardson steamer Mako sailed fi'om Auckland yesterday morning for East Coast Bays, Xapier and Wairoa. The vessel was to have sailed early on Saturday afternoon. The Tiroa arrived at Auckland yesterday morning and berthed at King's Wharf to load. Messrs. A. G. Frankham and Co. advise that she is to be dispatched at noon to-morrow for Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Rangitoto, due at 1 o’clock this afternoon from Thames, sails again at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday on the return trip. The Tauiwha is expected to arrive at 5 o’clock this evening from Paeroa. She sails again at 4 p.m. to-morrow on the return trip. The Omana was to arrive back at Auckland at half-past two this afternoon from Brown’s Bay, Arkle’s Bay, Manly, Deep Creek and Silverdale. She sails at 7 o’clock to-morrow morning for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth. The Daphne sails at half-past live this evening for Coromandel and Colville. She is due back again at half-past four tomorrow evening. The Hauiti, sailing at 4 o’clock this afternoon for Kerepeelii, returns again at 6 o’clock on Wednesday morning. The_Clansman sails at 5 o’clock this evening for Russell, Oputf, Whangaroa and Mangonui. She is due back again at half-past seven on Friday morning. The Xgapuhi sails at half-past six this evening for Tauranga. She is due back again at 7.30 a.m. on Wednesday. The Kawau was to have been dispatched from Auckland at half-past two this afternoon for Kawau, Leigh and Mangawai. She is due back again at 8 o’clock to-morrow evening. The Waiotahi, arriving from Whangarei at 8 o’clock to-morrow morning, sails again at 11 o’clock the same evening on the return trip. The departure of the Otimai for Ivutarere and Opotiki has been postponed till to-morrow. The Motu sails at 11 o’clock to-morrow morning for Whakatane. The Pono sails at 4 p.m. to-day for Whangapoua, Port Charles, Kennedy Bay, Mercury Bay and Tairua.
