(From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Friday. Mrs. Leon St. Roman is at present in Wellington, where she hopes to spend several weeks. Among the New Zealanders attending Derby week in England were Mrs. Wyvern Wilson and Miss Kathleen Wilson, of Hamilton. Alesdames Stevenson (Pahiatua). J. Mulliward (Wanganui), J. Cousin tWellington) and H. W. Reid (Dunedin) are at. the Hamilton Hotel. Mrs. Friar, of Kohimarama has been making a short visit to Hamilton. Mrs. ,J. Fraser Smith has returned f° Hamilton, where she intends spending some weeks. Mrs. A. McGregor, of Gisborne, is the guest of Mrs. A. J. Hargreaves in Claudelands. Miss E. Scherer leaves on Sunday’s Limited for a short holiday in Wellington. Miss Eileen Hill leaves Hamilton e arly in the week to live in Wellington with her parents. Mrs. Dobson, of Dunedin, who lias been visiting Mrs. Lacy Peake, of Haerini, has returned home, taking Miss Eleanor Peake back with her lor a holiday.
