Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, said that the Board of Trade had received the depositions taken in the Police Court ijroceedings in Colombo in connection with the Jervis Bay, and also the local Press reports. These acided nothing material to the information already published in the British Press.

“I am satisfied that the case does not call for any action by the Board of Trade,” he added.
