WAR AGAINST RUSSIA
BOURGEOIS DISSENSIONS (United P A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) Times Cable. ’ LONDON, Thursday. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” reports that the chairman of the Third (Communist) International. M. Bukharin, in a speech at the opening of a Communist Congress, said the increasing bourgeois dissensions might lead to war against Russia. This would be followed by unprecedented class-war in all countries. M. Stalin, M. Kukharin. M. Molotov, M. Manuilsky and M. Murphy were elected to the Presidium. Trotsky accuses Stalin of having adopted the principles for which the former was banished. The Presidium of the Russian Central Executive Committee consists of 21 members, seven of whom represent the Presidium of the Council, seven the Presidium of the Council of Nationalities, and seven elected by the two councils in joint session.
