MISS BEATRICE ELLIOTT

TOWN HALL TO-MORROW Miss Beatrice Elliott, a dramatic soprano and a New Zealand girl who has just completed a world tour, will give her first New Zealand recital in the Town Hall concert chamber tomorrow evening. Since leaving New Zealand Miss Elliott has toured England and the Continent, finishing in America and

Canada, where her concerts received the most cordial reception by Press and public alike. Miss Elliott is described as possessing a beautiful voice and stage presence, as well as being an expert linguist. At her recital to-morrow she will sing a programme taken from the works of the most eminent English, French, Italian and German composers, each country being represented by a group of four songs. She will be assisted by Miss Molly Wright, cellist, with Mr. Leo Whittaker at the piano.
