GERMAN TRAIN SMASH
COLLISION AT MUNICH TEN PERSONS KILLED (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association. i (United Service) BERLIN, Monday. A tragic railway accident occurred at Munich. Some officials were endeavouring to ascertain why the emergency brakes had brought an express train to a standstill outside the central station when another express crashed into the rear of the first one. The carriages were telescoped and set on fire. Seven men and three women were burned to death and 25 other passengers were injured and conveyed to hospital.
