ROYAL SHOW ARRANGED
SUBSIDY OF £I,OOO PALMERSTON NORTH THE VENUE Press Association. PALMERSTON N., To-day. At a meeting of the general committee of the Manawatu Agricultural Association, it was announced that arrangements had been made for the holding of the Royal Show in conjunction with the Spring Show at Palmerston North. The Royal Society is to subsidise the association by £I,OOO. The prize-money must not exceed £2,000, and any possible profit is to be divided. Should any judges be brought from ouside New Zealand, the extra expense will be paid by the society.
