NO SURVEY CERTIFICATE COMPASSES NOT ADJUSTED Press Association NAPIER, To-day. For putting to sea without a certificate of survey for the trawler OhinePift l ’- Bliam George Lovell was fined in the Police Court to-day. On a £harge of not having his ship’s compasses adjusted, he was fined £5.
