INTER-CLUB MATCH AUCKLAND LADIES WIN In addition to the singles win by i to 3, details of which were published in The Sun yesterday, the Auckland Ladies' Club beat Titirangi by S to nil in the foursomes, with one fame halved, in an inter-club game. The coursome results were as follows: Titirangi names being mentioned first— Mrs. Dufaur and Mrs. Hosking lost to Misses Culling and Rathbone, 2 and 1; Misses D. and ly- Horton and Mrs. WHson and Mrs. Hodges, all square; JStrs. Deighton and airs. Alison beat Misses Upton and Hamlin, 3 and 1; Mrs. Finlay and Miss Colebrook lost to Mrs. Marshall and Miss Macfarlane, 3 and 2. CLUB COMPETITIONS The following have been played or arranged : Auckland Ladies.—Semi-final, match play, foursomes tourney: Mrs.VWfight sod Miss N. Noakes beat Mrs. Ferguson and Miss E. Wilson, 2 up; Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Rainger beat Misses E. Culling and F. Rathbone, 1 up. Arakana Ladles.— The monthly button competition played by members of th* Akarana Ladies* Golf Club was won by Miss O. Parr, 117 — 33. 84. Other acorn were; Mrs. Preston, 125—36, 89; Mrs. McCarthy. 108—18, 90. The C grade match was won by Mrs. Coppard. The play-off of the tie in the fmxr-baii l>est-balJ match resulted in a win for Miss Parr and Miss Young.
