TRAVELLER’S SUDDEN DEATH
Press Association. DUNEDIN, Friday. Mr. Georg© Cooper, a commercial traveller, aged 48, a married man with a grown-up family, was taken suddenly ill at his residence, 131 Frederick Street, last evening. His condition necessitated his removal at 4.50 this morning to the hospital, where he died four hours later. An inquest was held this afternoon before Mr. H. W. Bundle, S.M., as coroner, when evidence of identification was given by a son of the deceased. The inquiry was then adjourned until a date to be fixed, pending a post mortem examination.
